Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy accepts returns for 15 days after receipt of your item. If 15 days have passed since receiving your item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back without first securing a return authorization. Please email, toasterhuggee@gmail.com for a return authorization.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are returning an item, shipping is at your cost.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning items, consider using a trackable shipping service to guarantee delivery.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received, you will receive an email notification advising you of approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at this email address: toasterhuggee@gmail.com.

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are issued on a case by case basis. Please send at email to toasterhuggee@gmail.com with your order number to request an exchange. As with refunds, the item must be in it’s original packaging and unused.
